Various schemes are being run by the state government, from which a new wave of development is seen in rural areas and urban areas. It is often seen that there is always a shortage of employment in rural areas. The main reason for this is that due to the lack of resources in the villages, employment is not easily available and neither are there any big factories. Due to this rural areas can be developed and neither do people have enough money to start self-employment or to set up their own industry. Now in such circumstances, the only solution is that the state government should take some important steps in this area or run some schemes so that the people there can get employment. And encourage people living in rural areas to move forward. At present, various types of schemes are being run by the Madhya Pradesh government. By which the common people who do not have houses can get the benefit of the housing scheme and for those who have kutcha houses, funds are provided to build pucca houses. Medical schemes are being run for those who are sick. And various types of schemes are being operated for educational development. Through this research paper, different types of schemes run by the Madhya Pradesh government in rural areas have to be evaluated and the benefits of these schemes are to critically study the development in rural areas.
